SS-31 (Elamipretide, also designated Bendavia) is a mitochondria-targeted tetrapeptide with the sequence D-Arg-Dmt-Lys-Phe-NH2, supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed amber glass vial for laboratory research use.
Referenced in published literature for its selective affinity for cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
